  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact for a valid return.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
